Any returns must be in mint condition, in the original packaging, and no signs of wear. The inspection process can take up to 7 business days.
All of our orders are quality checked with video and picture evidence prior to shipping to compare for any shoes that are returned. Should there be any scuffs, marks, chips, damage of any kind intentional or not, or signs of wear at the time of inspection, the refund on your return will be negated.If a return inspection checks out, the refund will be processed within 7 business days of inspection completion.
