All Sales Are Final

 

All orders are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, there are no refunds or exchanges.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may request a video consultation to discuss your concerns. In rare cases, and entirely at the designer’s discretion, a return may be approved.

Return Policy (If Approved by Designer)

 

If a return is authorized:

• Shoes must be in mint condition, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• The inspection process may take up to 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

• All shoes are quality checked with video and photographic documentation prior to shipping. Any returned shoes will be compared to these records.

 

If there are scuffs, marks, chips, damage of any kind (intentional or not), or signs of wear, the refund will be voided and no funds will be returned.

If the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 7 business days of inspection completion.

All return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Deposits & Payment Terms

​

• ​A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering.

• For any order where the cost of the shoes exceeds $100, the full cost of the shoes must be paid upfront along with the deposit. This cost is not included in the design/customization fee.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full and cleared before work begins.

 

If a charge is disputed or reversed during the process, production will be immediately halted, and no refund will be issued.

Lead Times & Waitlist

​

• Standard lead times range from 4 to 12 weeks, excluding your place in the queue.

• If there is a waitlist, we will communicate timing transparently. If you’re unable to wait, please notify us before placing a deposit.

• All waitlist orders require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot.
