Hell yes! We do take custom orders for new shoes through our Contact Us page. Custom shoes do come at a higher cost and longer lead time based on the complexity of the project. These factors affect the price/lead time: Time to source the desired shoe (we ask that you provide top 3 styles/brands in case sizes are sold out) Cost to purchase and the lead time to receive the shoes Initial phase of design layout Prep and paint (everything is hand sketched/painted) Packaging and shipping Due to popular demand, our average lead time is 4-12 weeks. All custom orders must be pre-paid in full and clear payment processing in order for the process to begin. If a charge is disputed we will cease production immediately and cancel the order. If you are requesting a custom order remake of an existing design: While we attempt to make every shoe as perfect as possible, each shoe is a hand painted masterpiece that is as unique as you so we cannot guarantee an exact match either in color, design, or shoe style/brand.

To make it simple... No. They cost this much because it takes me f***ing hours. Each design is unique, takes hours of work to perfect, and is ALL done by hand. We do our best to keep costs down by upcycling shoes but we also strive to use the best materials so our designs last for years, and that is not cheap. Please don't ask, it's not my problem if this ruins your kid's Christmas.

I called my mortgage company and unfortunately they don't accept exposure as a form of payment. I also filled my dog's bowl with exposure for dinner and he destroyed my shoes in a hanger filled rage. If it wasn't clear... "Influencers" will get flagged and banned and then we will post you on our social media to laugh at you. It costs this much because it takes me f***ing hours. To answer some snarky remarks to me denying your request: If you like someone else's work better... hit them up If my designs are too expensive... you're not a very good influencer and should probably get a real job to afford them If you could paint them better for free... then do it Unless you are Kim K or Paris... your influence without payment equates to nothing.

Yes, some seasons we do have a waitlist. We have such incredible customers that have helped us grow and we still plan on keeping our standards as high as ever which means these things take time. That being said, please keep in mind that while lead times may be 4-12 weeks, this does not include your time in the queue. We will be as transparent with timing as possible if there is a waitlist and will understand if you cannot wait. All wait listers must provide a 50% deposit at time of ordering, the remaining balance must be paid and cleared before we begin working on your shoes.

Grime Slime Studio – Refund & Order Policy Thank you for choosing Grime Slime Studio, where every pair of shoes is a custom work of art. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. All Sales Are Final All orders are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, there are no refunds or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may request a video consultation to discuss your concerns. In rare cases, and entirely at the designer’s discretion, a return may be approved. Return Policy (If Approved by Designer) If a return is authorized: Shoes must be in mint condition, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. The inspection process may take up to 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. All shoes are quality checked with video and photographic documentation prior to shipping. Any returned shoes will be compared to these records. If there are scuffs, marks, chips, damage of any kind (intentional or not), or signs of wear, the refund will be voided and no funds will be returned. If the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 7 business days of inspection completion. All return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Deposits & Payment Terms A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering. For any order where the cost of the shoes exceeds $100, the full cost of the shoes must be paid upfront along with the deposit. This cost is not included in the design/customization fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full and cleared before work begins. If a charge is disputed or reversed during the process, production will be immediately halted, and no refund will be issued. Lead Times & Waitlist Standard lead times range from 4 to 12 weeks, excluding your place in the queue. If there is a waitlist, we will communicate timing transparently. If you’re unable to wait, please notify us before placing a deposit. All waitlist orders require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot.
